The house accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms: a queen room, a double room, and a room with two singles plus a pull-up trundle. There are two bathrooms. Your booking must accurately reflect the number of guests for both linen and insurance purposes.

Absolutely yes, we welcome well mannered dogs (up to 3) of any size with no pet fee. Dogs can be inside and outside and we please ask that they are refrained from being on beds or furniture. They are in a new environment so please don’t leave them alone for long periods as their barking might stress our neighbours. Cats are not permitted sorry.

The standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out before 10 am. However we will always do our best to get you checked in as early as possible. Please let us know if you have a specific arrival time.

PAYMENT TERMS Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for 50% deposit of the booking fee to secure your dates. The remaining 50% accomodation fee plus a $500 bond will be invoiced closer to your arrival and payment is required 30 days prior to your check in date. This $500 bond will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure once the home has been inspected. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment of total booking fee plus $500 Bond is required at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel giving more than 30 days notice 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel giving more than 14 days notice No refund if you cancel giving less than 14 days notice Note: If you cancel within the 14 day period and we get another reservation for your booked dates we will refund 100% or Pro Rata of dates booked.

Yes, all bed linen and bath/beach towels are supplied for the number of guests booked. If you have any particular requirements, please just let us know before your stay.

Capricorn Dancer is located in a peaceful residential street. Strictly no parties and please keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm to allow our neighbours a restful sleep. We appreciate your care in treating your holiday home respectfully. We understand accidents happen and ask that you kindly inform us immediately about any incidents/broken items or maintenance required so that we can arrange repairs/replacement before the next guest arrival. Smoking is allowed outside, away from doorways and cigarette butts must be disposed of in ashtrays provided on the deck.
